Description

The aim of this project is to develop a high-level lightweight interface for managing distributed high performance systems. The emergence of AJAX as an in-browser application technology has resulted in capabilities on the client-side that were strictly server-side in the past. This, coupled with the move towards service-oriented computing, could make management of systems and resources, even large numbers of such, a client-centric activity, with minimal intrusion on the managed resources themselves.
