My question is whether we should count the first call too, or just the ones that are called BY the function itself.
Example:
Say Power2 for 4^2, while executing, calls itself at various points 17 times. Should we then say there were 17 recursive calls, or say there were 18, since we need to count the original Power2( 4, 2) call?
