OK, I think I know your problem.
Most likely, you did what I did. You took the book's code and converted the inner for loop to a while loop. The bit about the keys is your comparison. Every time you compare, increment the counter. If you compare ok, swap
Now, if you compare and it doesn't pass the test, do and "else break". This will break you out of the while loop.
