This could work, except of course for those of us who might have, due to our own fault or "circumstances beyond our control" or a little bit of both, aren't going to get much of ANY points for a project. Whatever the case may be, this "lowest project" grade would be pretty darn low. And then AVERAGING into the test scores, where it might be worth MORE than 7.5%? Destructive. No "potentially" about it. Just plain destructive. Getting rid of the lowest project grade does not harm those who have already done well; it even protects THEM from having something screw up one of the later projects for them. But averaging it in, ANYwhere, only harms those to whom it was meant to give a little help. I'm not 'dissing' you or anything, but I think that would be a bad idea.
