I think that 10% for each test, and 30% for the final is a bit unbalanced. Could it be possible to make each test 15% and the final 20%. For some people (including myslelf), I do not take tests well, but at least by spreading out the percentage on each test I have a better chance to get a better grade in the class. Basically, if someone did well in the class, they still can fail based on a bad final. I think this is wrong. You may say that if you do well throughout the whole class you will do well on the final, but stuff happens. See what everyone else thinks.
